Comfort Suites Hotel – Rifle, CO
Select Service Hotel
This hotel is located in the Rifle/Parachute I-70 corridor and will be the first LEED certified Comfort Suites in Colorado and only one of three nationwide. Rifle is a growing Western Slope town booming with new businesses and opportunities while maintaining its small town atmosphere and local community feeling. Commercial Capital provided the $7.3 million acquisition and construction financing for this 86 room hotel.


Elk Run Plaza – Conifer, CO
Mixed-Use Retail & Office Condominium
Located 35 miles southwest of downtown Denver, this project consists of a 51,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building in Conifer, Colorado. Today Conifer is experiencing explosive growth. A new cultural arts complex is being planned in addition to Elk Run Plaza and Highway 285 has been improved making the 15 mile drive to Denver a pleasure. Commercial Capital provided the $7 million refinance, development and construction financing for this mixed-use retail and office condominium.


Fourth Avenue Gateway – Brighton, CO
Multi-Tenant Office
This project consists of a two-story 27,500 square foot office and retail building located in Brighton, Colorado on 1.99 acres and will include 118 parking spaces. Over the past decade, nearly $300 million in new commercial and industrial development has occurred in Brighton, and Commercial Capital is proud to be part of that growth. Commercial Capital provided the $3.7 million acquisition and construction financing for this 22 unit office and retail building.


Gateway Village at Dinosaur Ridge – Golden, CO
Mixed-Use Retail & Hotel
The project consists of a 21 acre parcel for development and construction of an 85 unit Best Western Hotel and 14 pad sites including targeted anchor tenant Starbucks. This particular location is the major roadway to primary ski and tourists regions and is currently one of the fastest growing segments along the I-70 corridor. Commercial Capital provided the $10.6 million acquisition and construction financing for this mixed-use project.


Wingate by Wyndham® – Aurora, CO
Select Service Hotel
The hotel is within walking distance to the Southlands Mall in southeast Denver, Colorado. The mall is a mixed-use lifestyle center (roughly 1.7 million square feet) that includes a four-block main street and community plaza that brings the surrounding communities a wealth of leading restaurants and retailers, as well as a post office and movie theatre. Commercial Capital provided the $7.7 million construction financing for this 132 room hotel.
